The blend of Muscadelle, Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc offers high acidity, but not overwhelmingly so. The taste is crispy, dry and soft, with notes of lemon, honey, passion fruit, and cream, with hints of minerals. A long, elegant finish completes the wine.
