The cinsault in this one are grown on sandy soils lining the bank of the Moddergat river, they are bush vines that produce a small crop but with lovely concentration that’s harvested early during ripening to retain maximum freshness.
In the cellar semi-carbonic maceration is used resulting in a wonderfully perfumed fruit expression.
This wine is pure fruit, cranberry, crunchy dark cherries and very slight tannin.
