Vitteaut-Alberti are a family Domaine with 22ha based in Rully, a prime location for Cremant production – something they uniquely specialise in. The Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligote from vineyards in Rully and Hautes Cotes de Beaune.
A refined but crisp Crémant. A gentle citrus blossom and floral touches precede an edgy citrus and lemon rind freshness with a herbal twist complimenting the peach fruit. Attractive, balanced and refreshing without being austere. The long, clean and dry finish makes for a very moreish and accomplished Crémant.
