Les Cristallins is composed entirely of Jacquère, a white grape primarily cultivated in its native Savoie. Fresh, light, fruity, and invigorating, this white is reminiscent of the cool Alpine winds that race through the Quenard family holdings high up in the Alps. Mouth-watering and oh-so-satisfying, this is a lovely iteration of Jacquère, bursting with white flower aromatics and citrus fruit flavours. 

On the nose, floral and citrus fruit aromas dominate alongside a certain mineral touch.

On the palate, loads of tension and freshness pave the way for a lovely mid-palate, the product of some time spent ageing sur lie. Distinguished by its bracing acidity, this is the perfect apéritif white.

Best enjoyed in its youth with a sizeable helping of the local cheese speciality, Reblochon.
