The Loxarel cellar was born from the vocation and innovative spirit of Josep Mitjans who, at just 16 years old, made his first 1000 bottles of sparkling wine, breaking the tradition of bulk production on the estate. That was in 1985. After four generations of growing grapes, the moment had arrived to take the step up and produce their own wines. Mitjans studied as an enologist and took up the challenge of managing the conversion of the business from the family vineyards.
This wine is full of white peach, perfumed and fruity with reminiscences of white flowers, almond blossom, peach and honeysuckle.
