The Loxarel cellar was born from the innovative spirit of Josep Mitjans who, at just 16 years old, made his first 1000 bottles of sparkling wine, breaking the tradition of bulk production on the estate. That was way back in 1985. After four generations of growing grapes, the moment had arrived to step up and begin producing their own wines from their own fruit. Mitjans studied as an enologist and took up the challenge of managing the conversion of the business of the family vineyards.
This wine is full of white peach, perfumed and fruity with delicate touches of white flowers, almond blossom, peach and honeysuckle. It's a beautiful balance of fruit and floral, and is a exceptional display of focused wine making.
