Encompassing 60 hectares within the Gaillac appellation, Clement-Termes stands as a relatively sizable estate overseen by the brothers J-P and Francois David. In a region historically recognized for its robust reds, often employed to enhance the color of lighter Bordeaux products, the David brothers distinguish themselves by cultivating acclaimed reds that enjoy a widespread reputation for their exceptional quality throughout the region.
This is a blend of Merlot and Duras and is fermented in stainless steel tanks for a relatively short 7 days.
