Grape(s) : Auxerrois is a lesser known grape variety, grown in Alsace for sparkling wine, and used by a few growers in the UK.
The wine is a little softer than our other sparkling wines, making it ideal as an easy-drinking sparkler. It has aromas of peach and apricot and a background of yeasty flavours from the 3 years maturing in the bottle with the yeast.
