Domaine Collet fully embraces organic viticulture, and Forets is now cultivated through organic farming practices. The wine undergoes aging for 11 months in cement and old 320-liter oak barrels, followed by an additional 3 months in steel before being bottled. Delightful citrus aromas permeate from the glass, accompanied by subtle notes of a saline minerality and hints of spice. The palate is meticulously structured, exceptionally dry, with a substantial weight of fruit. While it is currently enjoyable, this wine promises significant aging potential.
