Situated in South-Western Iran, the Zagros Mountains span a length of 1,600 km, extending into Iraq and Turkey. In 1968, scientists discovered traditional clay jars used by winemakers in the region. These jars, dating back to the Neolithic period over 7,000 years ago, serve as the initial scientific evidence of ancient Iranian wine production. The grapes are all imported from farmers in the Zagros Mountain region, meticulously choosing only the finest quality grapes.
