La Transición Garnacha is a wonderful cherry in colour with characteristic aromas of fresh red fruits, aromatic plants and floral notes. The palate is full flavoured with surprising acidity and length and displays an almost Pinot-like elegance.
Crafted under the expert guidance of Soto Manrique, the wine sources its grapes from cultivators associated with Sociedad Agraria de Viticultores. Following fermentation in concrete vats, it undergoes a ten-month maturation in French barrels. The name "La Transición" also encapsulates their fresh winemaking ideology, symbolizing the shift from making ordinary bulk wines towards embracing sustainable principles.
