The base wine is enriched with chosen yeasts and sugar, initiating a controlled-temperature fermentation in a pressurized tank. Following a meticulous filtration procedure, the wine is bottled using state-of-the-art technologies.
Fine, elegant and fruity. Aromas of apple, pear and white flowers combine with those of fresh red fruit.
