Grape: Chardonnay and Aligote
Crafted in the Maconnais region of southern Burgundy, this traditional méthode sparkling wine is composed of Pinot Noir and Aligote. Renowned for its elegant and balanced style, as well as a flavorful palate, this sparkling Burgundy has a rich history and a dedicated following. The wine undergoes a minimum of 12 months of lees aging before the remuage and degorgement processes, imparting a subtle brioche note to the finish.
Serve as an aperitif or why not try it with a touch of Creme de Framboise or Creme de Peche.
