The Muscat family, an ancient grape variety with numerous clones, is renowned for its aromatic profile and elevated floral notes. Employing a thoughtful approach, a brief period of skin contact during fermentation enhances its characteristics. After destemming, this wine underwent a week of fermentation on the skins before being pressed into seasoned oak barrels for approximately 9 months of aging prior to bottling. It was carefully filtered before reaching the bottle.
